Where are you located?

On Woodward Avenue, Just north of 14 Mile Road on the east side. We are in the same plaza as KSI and Hawthorne Appliance.

I need an appointment to bring in my PC?

Absolutely not! Please feel free to walk-in.

What are your business hours?

Monday thru Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed Sundays.

For laptop service can I ship my laptop in my own box?

Of course you can. Make certain that ship it through a trackable carrier Like UPS, FedEx or DHL… We’ll do the same.

Does The Tech Bench sell computers?

We generally do not stock systems to go. We will happily build you a custom computer to meet your specifications.

Is there merchandise in the store?

Yes, we stock thumb drives, wireless routers and cables along with other items.

I have a newer computer but need work done to it, will this void my warranty?

Almost all services and upgrades will not affect your manufactures warranty.

I noticed you don’t charge by the hour or have huge rates for your offered services, why is that?

Unlike our competitors, we value the end-user and want to offer a fair price. This way we can focus on resolving your specific issue without the worry and stresses involved in an hourly fee based business. This is why we charge a flat bench fee for almost all services we offer!
