I originally took my laptop to 2 other places and they quoted me $320 to $395 for a new motherboard  then a friend told me to get a quote from the Tech Bench.  I went there and they showed me what was wrong with my computer right in front of me and said that the repair was as simple as removing a virus with the correct program.  The repair only cost me $70 and my computer has been functioning very well ever since.  I really appreciated their honesty and expertise and will defintely be going to them for all my computer needs.  I'm glad I didn't get scammed by the other companies.

I went to the Tech Bench of Birmingham with the worst possible thought that I had lost all my data for the last 6 years  including all my pictures of my kids growing up ( I had no back up).  Ken, the owner, turned on the computer in front of me and told me that there was a slim chance he would be able to retrieve any of my data.  I couldn't hold back the tears.  Ken ended up going the extra mile for me and used 6 different tools and programs to retrieve every last bit of my data.  I was so grateful.  Thank you so much Ken and the Tech Bench for preserving my memories!

In a rush, I grabbed my laptop to take to work  and forgot the battery charger cord was plugged in.  I  ended up breaking the adaptor that charges the battery off  the laptop. After calling around to different stores, the wait was 2-3 weeks for the repair.  I called the Tech Bench and took it in and they repaired it within 3 days plus they ran a virus and adware scan and found hundreds of suspicious tracking cookies which are used for identity theft.  I would never had known where to look.  Thank you Tech Bench!

Hi Ken and supporting cast. Well, the repair you did, changing my coffee drinking motherboard is outstanding. The unit is working fantastic! You wouldn't have known anything had happened to it. Actually that's not quite true, it actually seems to be working faster and it was pretty darn fast before the coffee incident. And not to forget, none of the tweaks that I painstakingly researched and implemented into it were lost.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with your customer approach, pricing and the quality of work. The computer was actually ready to be sent out of state to Florida, when by chance I stopped to see if your place could do the work. It sure saved the hassle of packing it up, shipping it, and waiting for it to return.

My wife and I know many people with computers and we will gladly recommend you if their systems ever need some work.
